We at TailorMall.in or PayU Money do not store or ask any information related to your Bank, Debit Card or Credit Card.

What are the delivery charges for orders from the TailorMall?

Delivery charges for orders start from ₹. 45 and it varies, Depends on the location of Shipping address, Size and Weight of products order.

How long will delivery take?

We from our side try our best to deliver your products in less then 5 working days for in all cities of Maharashtra and 7 working days for delivery in rest of India, But it depends on how essay accessible shipping address is and mode of transport avaliable for remote places.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

I would like to buy a product that isn't in stock. What can I do?

We at Tailormall.in keep our stocks updated on real time base. If the product is listed on site then it is definitely available in stock. Still if you want to order any old stock product not listed on site For information regarding the availability of the product, please contact us by using the Contact us form, located in the Contact Us page on top menu of the website.

How can I search for a certain product?

If you wish to search for a specific product, please use the search module, located in the header of the site or use the search module in sidebar on Shop Page. Fill in the information that you are looking for and if these can be found on the website, a list of matching results will be displayed.

Can a company place an order on your website?

Yes, at Tailormall.in we accepts orders from companies as well. In order to receive an invoice containing your correct company information, and tax details please fill in all the required fields at signup or during the placement of your order or contact or support department through contact us form and we will get back you in 24 working hours.

What should I do if I want my order to be shipped to a different address than the one that I specified in my user account?
After adding and confirming the products in your cart, the system gives you the option to specify a different address for the shipping of your order. Fill in proper shipping details and that is done
Can I change my order after placing it?
If you wish to change your order, you can do that till your order is in processing status or pending status. Please contact us on customer care no +91-0000000000 or email us on [email protected] Please also specify your order ID, which can be found in the order section.
Order Cancellation

eShop Design reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in reasonable time.
Cancellations by customers will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the process of producing/ shipping your shirt has been started. 16 Stitches hold all the rights to accept or decline any cancellations.
Any modifications to your order would also be governed by the terms.

Returns and Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your returns are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Managing User Account

I can no longer remember the password to my account. What should I do?

If you don’t remember the password to your account, please use the Recover forgotten password option, available in the Login page.

How can I change the information in my user account?

To change the information in your user account, please log in and access the Update account option, located in the My account section.

Do I need to have a user account in order to buy?

We do not support guest checkout for security reasons, If you wish to place an order on TailorMall.in, then you must create a user account. The account can be also created after you’ve added the desired products to the Cart. This helps us to provide you better service.

Can I see a history of my orders?

You can view the history of your orders on this website, by accessing the Track order section.
